My Specs for this Build:
Ryzen 5 1600 (20 PCIE Lanes)
8GB Of Crucial RAM
Kingston m.2 SSD
GPU: 2X 1060 6GB
Motherboard Layout:

My Kingston NVME drive is in M.2_1(Socket3)
I have one 1060 plugged into the PCIE16_1 slot running off a riser
The other 1060 is plugged into the PCIE16_2 slot.
I am unable to get the 1x slots working with this config and I will do more experimenting in 3 days when my 1000 watt psu comes in (Will update this page as the build continues).

BIOS Settings That were Changed:
PCIE 1x Mode
All PCIE Modes were changed over to GEN2.
SB Link Mode-GEN 2.
4G Decoding-ENABLED
On Board Audio-Disabled
Overclocking-Manual
Tools->Graphics Card Information
Bus Interface-PCIEX16_1
When the 1000 Watt PSU Comes in I will do testing to see if I can get the 1x lanes to work, I will also test a pcie 1x to 4 usb multiplier card and see where that gets me. Both cards are running stable 24hours+ using NBMiner so far!
Update:
You can run 8 cards with the above BIOS settings. Just use a PCIe 1 to 4 Splitter on the first PCIe 16x slot and the 3rd PCIe 16x slot.
